The
city has a uniquely expressive urban landmark that reinterprets and reinvigorates its location.
The
architectural ambition of the project is to create a building that respects the
neighbouring buildings and surrounding area. Breaking down the scale of typical
singular tower residential development, the community- based solution of Sky
Habitat is a three-dimensional matrix of homes with private terraces, balconies, and common
gardens, bringing
landscape into the air and maintaining porosity on the skyline. The design of
the building will respect the characteristics specified for various spaces with different types of
activities. Private and
public spaces will be provided with natural light and direct views to
the outside.
